| | | Ron F. Hochstein Position: Chairman & Director
Ron Hochstein, P.Eng., has a wealth of experience in the mining industry. He was previously with Simons Mining Group, an internationally recognized engineering company where he was involved in the financial analysis of a number of major projects. He is much traveled, having worked in the mining industry in consulting, operations and management in the U.S., Canada, South America and Africa. He has also spent time in the oil and gas industry, working early in his career for Brenda Oil and Gas and North Canadian Oils. Mr. Hochstein has a B.Sc. in metallurgical engineering and an MBA. Mr. Hochstein is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Denison Mines Corp and director of Atacama Minerals Corp.

| | | Lukas H. Lundin Position: President, CEO & Director
Mr. Lundin is known for recognizing value and superior global investment opportunities in the natural resource sector. His uninhibited pursuit of highly prospective properties around the world has resulted in numerous resource discoveries, including the multi-million ounce Veladero gold discovery. Mr. Lundin has also led several companies through highly profitable business acquisitions and mergers such as Lundin Mining's $3.3 billion merger with EuroZinc Mining, the $2 billion sale of Tanganyika Oil Company Ltd. and most recently the $8.9 billion sale of Red Back Mining Inc. Mr. Lundin is a graduate of the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. He currently sits on the Board of a number of publicly traded companies.

| | | Peter Chow Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Chow is a member of the Certified Management Accountants of BC, and holds a BA in Economics from Simon Fraser University and a DipT in Professional Accounting from British Columbia Institute of Technology. He has over 10 years of industry and public practice financial management experience in accounting, audits, tax compliance and financial reporting. Peter joined Fortress as Controller in 2007 and has had an integral role in a number of Lundin Group of Companies over the years.

| | | Jim Cambon Position: Director
Mr. Cambon has nineteen years international business development and project management experience in the mineral exploration, consulting and engineering industries. He has worked extensively in both Russia and Mongolia. For the past seven years he has held the position of Honorary Consul for Mongolia in British Columbia and has been involved in the Mongolian minerals sector since 1989. Mr. Cambon has been a director of Fortress since March 2006.

| | | Ian Gibbs Position: Director
Ian Gibbs is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the University of Calgary where he obtained a bachelor of commerce degree. Ian Gibbs has held a variety of prominent positions within the Lundin Group of Companies; most recently as CFO of Tanganyika Oil where he played a pivotal role in the recent $2 billion acquisition by Sinopec International Petroleum. Prior to Tanganyika Oil, Mr. Gibbs was CFO of Valkyries Petroleum which was the subject of an $800 million takeover. Mr Gibbs has been a director of Fortress Minerals Corp. since June 2005.

| | | Adam Lundin Position: Director
Formerly a Trade Processor and Supervisor with Odlum Brown Limited, a full-service investment firm, Mr. Lundin previously spent several years working in various capacities within the mining industry. He has worked for such companies as Red Back Mining Inc., Atacama Minerals Corp. and Canadian Gold Hunter Corp. in locations such as Ghana, Chile and Canada's far north. He has taken the Mining Technology and Marketing Management programs at the B.C. Institute of Technology and, most recently, completed the Canadian Securities Course.

| | | Toni Vodola Position: Corporate Secretary
Miss Vodola is Assistant Corporate Secretary of ShaMaran Petroleum Corp., and has also acted as Corporate Secretary for several TSX Venture Exchange listed companies. From April, 2005 until June 2011, Miss Vodola was a Securities Paralegal with the law firm of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP and prior, a Securities Paralegal with the law firm of Morton & Company, and M Corp. Group. Miss Vodola also worked in the securities department, Davis LLP.
